Its capitol is St. Louis, and it is comprised of the former states of Arkansa, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri. It is named after Abraham Lincoln; Chicago was to be the capitol, but it was considered hostile territory due to heavy [[Bluebacks]] presence, and so St. Louis was chosen instead.
