==Bio==
Lydia Quincy is the wife of the late mayor, [[John Adam Quincy]]. She lives in [[Quincy Residence]] (Bldg. 24), but she is holed up in the day care center with several other women and some children.

==Details==
Shortly after shit went down in the town of Clutchdale, Lydia, who had been at the elementary school. She saw what was happening at the school in regards to the children and rushed to the day care to pick up her granddaughter. When she got there she ended up staying because it was too dangerous to leave. Being the mayor's wife, she became the de facto leader of the women there, and has been looking after the group ever since.
