The '''Ranger''' is one of 18 [[sub-types]] in the Rainwall system. Rangers are based on the [[Hunter]] [[Archetype]], which are best at surviving in the wild. These people are at home in nature. They operate best with high [[Perception]] and [[Mystical Influence]] scores. The other [[sub-types]] for the Hunter are [[Scout]] and [[Prepper]].

==Description==
The Ranger is at home in the open wilderness, and can find their way under even the most harrowing conditions. They operate best as navigators, and can sneak and observe in almost any environment.

==Other Hunter Sub-Types==
*[[Prepper]] - The Prepper has one goal in mind: survival. Unlike the pure Hunter, they excel at knowing how to procure the items they need. Scavenging is second-nature to them, but they can survive off the land as well.
*[[Scout]] - The Scout is the consummate observer. They are skilled at finding danger, enemies, or food sources in the wild. They have keen senses and provide an early warning system in a world where alarms have gone the way of the cellular phone.
