'''Swift Edition Rules''' is the "rules lite" version of Rainwall. This edition makes skills checks more streamlined for those players who opt for less crunch than the standard [[Arctix]] rules provide. Swift rules allow for players to use 2d10s for everything.

==Key Differences==
The most notable difference is in Skills and Combat Checks. Instead of rolling the number of dice indicated by your [[Trait]] score and then factoring in successes, players now simply roll 2d10 for everything. To determine what a player needs to roll to succeed, add the '''Trait''' and '''[[Skill]]''' scores together. Player must roll '''''equal to or less''''' (roll under) than that number. The other difference is that now, instead of [[Difficulty Rating]] determining number of successes needed, a modified difficulty system is implemented to account for difficulty of tasks:
