Morelord is the highest boss available rank within the Bluebacks. These are typically in charge of the largest territories. They answer only to Emperor Steve and Chancellor Eric, which are Morelord Supremes. When one achieves this rank they are given a title of nobility, which they can choose (prince, duke, sultan, etc). They may also opt to return to their actual name or keep their street nickname.
