A World Asunder
The skeleton of a city sprawls, quiet and deadly. What used to be teeming with life is now a tomb. Many of the dead remain where their last breaths escaped them, weathered and shriveling. And though the city's stillness is a stark reminder of death, it has other things to offer. Things left behind. It still pulses faintly with life in its veins. Creatures. Humans. Life toils on. The only question is, be they friend or foe? |
