The ''Frankists'' are a cult of people who follow the teachings of [[Frank Bruenody]]. They identify themselves as Frankists by wearing bathrobes with numbers painted or embroidered onto the breast. Each disciple made by Frank is given a unique matchbook with a different maxim or tenet that they must learn about. These disciples then go out into the world and share this particular facet of ''[[The Gospel of Frank]]''. Wherever possible, Frank would supply a small written essay on the maxim to offer context or clarity. Then, the idea is that they can cross-pollinate the maxims if they meet other Frankists.
