Lincoln is one of the eleven states that make up the Federation of New American States. Its capitol is St. Louis, and it is comprised of the former states of Arkansa, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri. It is named after Abraham Lincoln; Chicago was to be the capitol, but it was considered hostile territory due to heavy Bluebacks presence, and so St. Louis was chosen instead.
