It is exists as a resource for other survivors, mainly through disseminating news, warnings, and survival tips. Sammy records the episodes, either from his home studio near FOB Fortuna or on the road, and then subsequently burns the episodes to discs and passes them out to survivors. Each episode he reminds people to spread them around or leave them where others can find them.
