Life Points, which are more traditionally referred to as "hit points", are how much life a character has left before they're dead. Any damage taken simply lowers the stat. Each player also has a current maximum, which can only be increased through upgrades. Starting LP is determined by adding Mental Resilience and Physical Resilience stats. Players can also increase life through using consumables like bandages or first aid kits, but again, these cannot take one over the current maximum.
Upgrading
Since the Arctix System uses an a la carte upgrade system instead of leveling, max health may be increased by purchasing it with Experience Points. The Fixer and Medic Archetypes have an advantage in terms of pricing.
