Realm of Inora
The Realm of Inora is one of the predominant locations found in the Rainwall setting. It is actually a conceptual place, and not a physical one, as it is meant to be both "everywhere and nowhere". The word Inora actually means nowhere in Basque. The philosophical concept quickly gained popularity in the Aftermath. It is a borderless, leaderless place, as "citizens" subscribe to the idea that borders are a bygone social construct. Because of this, it also has no laws other than "love your neighbor but protect yourself."
History
The originator of the conceptual place is unknown, though the idea was quickly spread through charismatic travelers such as Wandering Will.

The flag of the Realm of Inora features the sun with 8 rays in red and white. This signifies that the sun touches all the earth, as does the Realm of Inora.
