The Cousinhood

The Cousinhood is a cult of religious fanatics made up of people from all denominations who believe the Collapse was brought upon the world by unbridled sin. They are led by a man named Daniel Elijah who calls himself The Prophet, and strive to create a heavy-handed theocracy to replace the New Federation government. They also believe the cybrids are an abomination, and hunt them down without remorse.
