Franklin

Franklin is one of the eleven states that make up the Federation of New American States. Its capitol is Syracuse, and it is comprised of the former states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. It is named after Benjamin Franklin. Franklin is also home of the country's new capitol, which is in Philadelphia.
