Tom Jacobson is a lawman who lives in the town of Clutchdale, who can be encountered in the Battlefield: Clutchdale mission pack. He can be found in Jacobson Residence (Bldg. 8), drunk and distraught.
Bio
Tom Jacobson is a county sheriff's deputy and the only lawman in Clutchdale. His wife, Melissa Jacobson, was kidnapped by Bluebacks.

Rescuing Melissa
If you manage to rescue her, she will tell you that even though the bluebacks "horribly mistreated her" (she will not go into details), she does not want to go back to her husband.
